general information
by ordering a nsfw piece, you confirm that you are over the age of 18.
i reserve the right to reject any commission proposition at anytime for any reason.
you will be added to the queue list once the commission is accepted. if the client does not reply within 3 days to confirm the slot, this will be cancelled and given to someone else.
commissions can take from weeks to months, depending on your placement in the queue given.
visual references must be given. if you request something specific, please do send visual references according to your idea before i start working on it.

payment
the payment must be done beforehand via paypal.
an invoice will be sent once we get in touch again and confirm the commission.
you are given 24 hours to do the payment (there are exceptions where you could be given more time to do the payment).
if the payment hasn't been sent within the deadline, the commission will be cancelled.
workflow process
during the sketch stage, a couple of sketches will be sent to get a general idea of the commission.
you can request up to 2 modifications during the sketch stage (additional changes will cost extra, depending on the severity of the modifications requested).
the final result will be sent via e-mail as a 300dpi PNG file.
permissions
commissions won't be published unless your permission is given.
you have the permission to post the commission artwork wherever you would like, as long as proper credit is given.
commissioned artwork is for personal purpose only.
you do not have the right to mint/sell a commission for NFT/train AI.
refunds
no refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
i reserve the right to cancel a commission if at any point i consider that we can no longer work together, resulting on the refund of the 50% of the full payment.
there are some excluded cases that will apply the second rule: you continually fail to provide me with correct information; i cannot contact you for further information or for delivering the WIPs & commission; i deem our communication not functional and hard to work with; you fail to comply to my terms and conditions.
if i cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.
i may, at any time, and at my sole discretion, modify these terms of service with or without notice to the user. any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. your continued use of my service following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified terms.
